But more importantly, this is the neighborhood Jolyn calls home. Here her three kids enjoy all this neighborhood has to offer. It is considered the suburbs, so this area is best for those mostly using a car to get around. Limited transit is available but can get most anywhere by transferring at the Lewis Farms or West Edmonton Mall transit centres.
The Hamptons has fabulous access to the Anthony Henday, Yellowhead Trail or Whitemud Freeway to easily get nearly anywhere in Edmonton. Much of this area began development in the 2000s. You are only a 13 minute drive away from West Edmonton Mall. There is an abundance of green space, with many trails around storm water ponds perfect for walking, biking or running. In the winter months there are temporary shinny ice rinks made in the Grange District Park.
